Macau, the high octane ‘Las Vegas of the East’, is often talked about in superlatives, and Galaxy Macau has delivered its fair share. It is Macau’s highest grossing casino and when all four phases are complete in 2020, it will be the world’s largest integrated gaming and resort destination.

Husband Retail worked in close collaboration with Galaxy Macau to deliver the second phase of the retail space in 2012. Comprising a staggering 670,000 sq. ft., the challenge was to join and merge the new phase with the existing one. The end result is literally seamless, a 1km loop of shops, theatres and eateries wrapped around the thriving casino.

Husband Retail also successfully handled the leasing phase. Cognisant of the diverse tastes and budgets of Galaxy’s visitors, the team drew together a broad mix of brands to create Macau’s first full range destination shopping mall. Harnessing valuable relationships, Husband Retail was able to attract many names to Macau for the first time.
